Mojo was asked to help launch Verification’s new product. The process started with qualitative and quantitative research to better understand the category’s perceptions, attitudes and experience with applicant screening, hiring and onboarding. Based on the results, Mojo developed a name and brandmark; an overall brand platform; and, a range of communication materials from advertising to collateral. The product—Applicant Manager—was launched with a buzz at the crowded national Society of Human Resources Managers (SHRM) show in Las Vegas.
